Bezel swap
Includes bezel insert installation when requested.
Bezel insert swap
Add $5 if an adhesive ring is not provided. Included with a bezel swap when requested.
Crystal swap
Includes chapter ring installation when requested. Add $10 if a new crystal gasket is needed and not provided.
Chapter ring swap
Add $10 if a new crystal gasket is needed and not provided. Included with a crystal swap when requested.
Caseback swap
Includes a new caseback gasket.
Handset and/or dial swap
Add $20 for a day and/or date wheel swap. Add $10 if the dial requires adhesive mounting.
Second hand only swap
Day and/or date wheel swap
Includes handset and/or dial installation when requested.
Movement swap
Includes transfer of the dial holder/spacer, day and/or date wheel, dial, handset and crown, plus stem cutting and fitting. Add $20 if the correct day wheel required for a 4:00 crown position case is not provided.
Custom-fit crown swap
Includes stem cutting and fitting.
Wet pressure testing
Movement regulation
Adjustment for improved accuracy.
Full build assembly
Assembly using client-provided parts and gaskets. Includes movement regulation and pressure testing when requested.
Before sending your watch
Email your watch model and the listed services you need. Confirm acceptance, pricing, and the current turnaround before shipping. Combined modification requests may qualify for package pricing.
Only automatic Seiko watches are accepted. Battery replacement and full movement servicing are not offered. Design consultation, collaborative custom design, and client part sourcing are not offered.
Timing, payment & shipping
Typical turnaround is one to two weeks once the watch and all required parts are received, depending on the waitlist. Payment is accepted through Zelle, with outstanding balances due before return shipment.
Tracked USPS return shipping is $20. Requested shipping insurance costs extra. International requests are accepted when the client covers international shipping costs.
